David Gilmour Announces First US Shows In Eight Years For Fall

David Gilmour has scheduled his first tour dates in the US for eight years.

The Pink Floyd guitarist will perform at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles on October 29 and 30, and at Madison Square Garden in New York City on November 4 and 5, marking his only shows in North America for 2024. Tickets go on general sale at 10am local time on Friday (May 17).

The announcement follows news of his first live shows in Italy for eight years, which will see him play six dates at Rome's Circus Maximus between September 27 and October 3. Tickets for those date also go on sale at 10am local time this Friday.

In between his concerts in Italy and the US, the 78-year-old will perform his first live shows in London for eight years, headlining the iconic Royal Albert Hall between October 9 and 15. They will be his only UK dates of the year.
