Underworld Join Line-Up For Bristol Festival Forwards

Underworld have been added to Forwards Festival in Bristol.

The electronic duo of Karl Hyde and Rick Smith will take to the stage on Sunday, September 1, marking their only performance in Bristol of 2024.

They join the previously announced headliners Loyle Carner and LCD Soundsystem, as well as Four Tet, Jessie Ware, Romy, Yard Act and CMAT, among others.

A replacement for Maribou State is to be revealed soon, following the cancellation of the duo's 2024 shows, with the final acts for the event to be confirmed in the coming days. 

After making its debut in 2022, Forwards Festival will return to Clifton Downs green space, with a capacity of 60,000 over two days.

Who? Loyle Carner and LCD Soundsystem will headline, while also confirmed for the line-up is Underworld, Four Tet, Jessie Ware, Floating Points, Romy, Greentea Peng, Yussef Dayes, Yard Act, Baxter Dury, CMAT, Nubya Garcia, Hak Baker, MCRY, Jersey, Crazy P, Holysseus Fly and Da Funchaman & The Fire Blaze Band.  More acts are still to be announced.
